Requested a return but can not return.

Question

I purchased an item but when I received it, I realize it is fake. I ask a return but can not return because I am not in the US -which seller is in.

How can I get a refund without return if I give proofs state the item is fake. How can I ask eBay steps in and help in this case?

The seller can send money, so you can buy a return label.

Start the procedure with opening a return request for an item that doesnâ€™t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
