Requested a refund within 2 seconds of buying
I purchased an item…an expression pedal from pro audio land…
asked for a return within 2 seconds of buying it and was denied saying it was too late. It took them several days just to respond. I find it hard to believe they had shipped it already. I will leave as much negative feedback as possible for the simple fact that I believe the only reason why they won’t cancel my order is because I placed a make offer bid they deemed too low and rather than even refuse they just didn’t respond. After it expired I was checking prices and thought I was Not at the final stages of purchase when it was actually purchase from this vendor. I think they see it as an opportunity to get the full price from me after they denied my offer. THERE IS NO WAY THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO CANCEL THAT ORDER. LOOK AT THE PURCHASE TIME AND THEN THE CANCELLATION REQUEST. THEY ARE WITHIN 5 SECONDS OF EACH OTHER.
EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY

·2 years agoA buyer has no right to cancel an order even 1 second after s/he COMMITS to buying it. It is entirely up to the seller who is under absolutely no obligation to correct YOUR mistake. The time to back out is BEFORE you COMMIT.
A request to cancel (which takes a lot longer to make than "2 seconds") made in the first hour after the transaction occurs does have a special rule where the seller has 3 days to reject or accept it, and in some circumstances goes through without seller action if s/he doesn't respond within 3 days. The request is "untimely" if a label has been created (what eBay regards as "shipped"), which the seller could have automated to be done immediately.
