It upsets eBay when a seller says this is my first and last transaction on eBay.

Were you dropshipping from Walmart? Was that the fraudulent activity the buyer reported?

Cancelling saying buyer asked to cancel when they didn't is also fraudulent activity.

Refunding saying item was damaged in transit isn't believable either, especially when the buyer never received the damaged item or made a claim it was damaged. That's refunding because you didn't ship it so you blamed damaged in transit. The PO doesn't return it to you, they send the damaged package to the buyer with a sticker saying damaged in transit. Don't pee on the buyer's leg and say it's raining.

If eBay didn't give you a specific length of time you're restricted, like 3 days, two weeks, 30 days then it's indefinite which means your restriction won't be lifted. It's forever.

Feedback is 84% and you're dropshipping from Walmart and probably other sites, that doesn't make a good seller.
