Request to Review and Remove Buying Restriction

Hello,
I purchased three items from the same seller through auction for $1 each. The seller requested a separate $15 shipping fee for each item, resulting in a total shipping cost of $45.
I contacted the seller and requested combined shipping, but the seller did not agree to reduce or combine the shipping charges. Due to the unexpectedly high total shipping cost, I requested cancellation of the orders.
I did not intend to avoid payment or violate eBay’s policy. I respectfully request that you review the seller’s response and the circumstances of these cancellations and remove the unpaid-order records and buying restriction from my account.

You will have to use the appeal process or try contacting eBay directly. Some Sellers use shipping as an additional profit center and I suspect your seller was doing just that. They would not make much money on a $ 1 sale. There is an Appeal link on the following eBay Help page: Unpaid item policy | eBay
