Request to Review and Correct “Tracking Uploaded on Time and Validated†Metric (No: 16-14030-13502)
Dear eBay Performance Team,
In my performance evaluation dated January 20, 2026, the metric “Tracking uploaded on time and validated†shows 97.73%. However, I always upload valid tracking information within the required timeframe. After checking the details, I found the order listed as “tracking not uploaded†is:
Order: 16-14030-13502
Here is what actually happened: shortly after I shipped the package, the buyer requested a cancellation/refund. I immediately went to the post office and retrieved the parcel, so it was not handed over to Orange Connex / the carrier, and therefore there was no shipment in transit to be validated. This case should not be counted as a late or missing tracking upload, as the transaction did not complete due to the buyer’s refund request. I issued a full refund, and the buyer also marked the case as satisfied.
Please kindly review this order’s actual status and adjust the “Tracking uploaded on time and validated†metric accordingly. Thank you.
