Request to Reinstate Selling Privileges on My eBay Account
Dear eBay Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Bakhyt, and I am writing to kindly request a review of the restriction placed on my eBay account (username: bakhyt). Since registering on September 21, 2023, I have successfully sold 20 items and gained 12 followers. I always strive to provide a positive experience for my buyers and maintain the integrity of the eBay marketplace.
I understand that my account currently has a 75% positive feedback score from only two reviews. I take this feedback seriously and am committed to improving it by delivering better service and communication. I am actively learning from my past transactions to avoid any future issues.
eBay is a valuable platform for me, and I am eager to continue growing my small business here. I respectfully ask that you consider lifting the selling restriction so that I can continue to build trust with buyers and contribute positively to the marketplace.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I am happy to provide any additional information or clarification if needed.
Sincerely,
Bakhyt

Mentor1 year agoebay is not here. This forum is manned by volunteer buyers and sellers. That neg is about to fall off in a month, so then you will be back to 100%. Be sure to keep track of your inventory, because cancelling due to Out of Stock results in a defect recorded on your account. Too many defects can get you restricted or suspended, as you found out.

Mentor1 year agoHi @bakhyt
First, this forum is not eBay, we are volunteer members helping other member use the venue. Account level issues like your restriction are not in our purview. You will need to speak directly to eBay and can request a callback from them here: eBay Customer Service
I read the one Negative Feedback and your reply ... you should ONLY list items on eBay to sell on eBay. If you offer them through other venues then you should NOT offer them on eBay. You mentioned you started selling in 2023 and have sold 20 items ... that's not very much at all and you currently have no active listings and have sold nothing in the last 90 days on this account.
If your account is taken off restriction you need to give some serious thought to what and how you will sell on eBay.
