Request to Discuss Negative Feedback Removal
Hello,
I would like to take suggestion regarding a negative feedback I received in the last 3 months.
The buyer left negative feedback.
However, I cancelled the order and refunded the money to the buyer.
I believe this issue was resolved fairly, so I kindly request a review or removal of the feedback.
Please let me know how I can proceed.

You're too late to get help with feedback removal for this, nor does it sound like removal is warranted. It's also too late to send the buyer a feedback revision request (if he was even willing to revise it which doesn't sound likely).
You did not fulfill you obligations to your buyers or meet your agreement with eBay as a seller by completing the sale or by sending the correct item. These actions have consequences.
