Request to Cancel Unauthorized Use of Credit Card and Related Transactions
Dear eBay Customer Support,
I am writing to report the unauthorized use of my mother's credit card on your platform. It appears that her card information was used to make an unauthorized request or transaction on eBay.
We have already reported this issue to the card issuer, and her card has been blocked to prevent further fraudulent activity.
We kindly request that any unauthorized requests, transactions, or accounts linked to her card be canceled immediately. In particular, please cancel any payments or orders that were made without our authorization and refund any charges associated with those transactions.
The card issuer has confirmed that the fraudulent activity has been blocked, but we would appreciate it if you could help us resolve this matter on your platform as well.

You did the right thing by contacting your card issuer. If the transactions do not appear on your Purchase History, there is no need to contact eBay about this.
