Request to cancel order (No. 06-14032-18246) - cannot ship & accidental rejection of refund
Dear eBay Support Team,
I am reaching out to formally request the cancellation of Order No. 06-14032-18246.
The customer initially submitted a cancellation request for this order, but due to an operational error on my end, their associated refund application was mistakenly rejected. Additionally, I am currently unable to fulfill and ship the item for this order.
Given these circumstances, I kindly ask for your assistance in processing the cancellation of this order to resolve the issue appropriately.
