Request return
Sold - glasses / tumblers and buyer placed glasses in dishwasher and now wants full refund . Box states not dishwasher safe. Did not have that in the description. Listed as Vintage and most vintage glasses are not dishwasher safe. Is the buyer entitled to a refund?

Mentor2 years agoDid the buyer open a Return Request? If so, what was the "reason" they choose?
That is really the key to this answer.
If they said "Item not as described" then yes I'd guess you can ask them to return for a refund. Then you may be able to deduct part of the price if the glasses are damaged.
I generally advise buyers to hand wash items that shouldn't go in the dishwasher. It's just a good practice.
