Hi There,
I bought a cassette deck recorder and unfortunately it wasn't good condition and I requested refund, so the seller offered me do you want a partial refund and keep them? so , I accepted for $113 but, the seller told me can't refund it because eBay doesn't let me to refund because opened case. So, how can we resolve this case?Â
