request invoice help. Ebay A.I. wasnt any.
I'm a seller and have a buyer that cant see a request invoice in his cart. I do have it enabled on my end and my items dont require immediate payment, not free shipping, not discounted and are live. Ebay A.I. told me they have to place a order then you can send invoice. so i told them bullcrap I can put items in my cart from one seller and request a invoice without paying. is there something i'm missing? Is it on the buyers end? Thanks.

That's a feature that is hard for buyers to find.
I believe they need to be on a computer, not a phone in order to find the request total.
If you want me to test it, give me the eBay Item Number for the listings the buyer is trying to combine.

OP4 months agoI tested it from my wife's phone from her ebay acct. and put three of the items in there and it said request combined shipping. So I guess he's doing something wrong or something. IDK. thanks anyway.
