Request for refund
I sold a set containing 4 items. The buyer has sent me one picture stating that 2 of the items arrived broken. I do accept returns but only if buyer pays for return shipping. This buyer had just asked for a refund and said nothing about returning the item. The buyer also has 173 transactions without any reviews. As I’m new to EBay, I’m not sure what to do m. Any advice is appreciated and thank you.
