Request for proof of purchase

I bought an iPad in May 2018 with eBay descriptions (Items bought from cellcraze53081
Order number: 263776298611-0!210000188973171). Pls can how can i get the proof of purchase that shows the serial number and or imei number, the iPad is locked out and i am trying to restore it. but proof of purchase was requested and must have the Serial number and IMEI. the receipt provided by eBay do not have that information.
