Request for Live Chat Support with eBay Customer Service
Hello eBay Community,
I have been an eBay seller since September 2023, and up until November 2024, I was able to connect with eBay Customer Service through the Live Chat feature. However, since November 2024, it seems that only call support is available. When I try to use the call option, I do not receive any response.
As a seller, it is important for me to stay connected with eBay Customer Service through chat, as this was a more convenient option for resolving issues. Can anyone assist me with how I can reconnect with an eBay customer service agent via Live Chat?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
If nothing else works, try this link to request a call back:

Previously there was link to request a chat with a human on that page as well, but as you indicate, eBay has apparently removed that option. Call back may not work for users outside of North America, users with some VOIP phones, or a user with a spam call blocker (or using a provider with such a spam call blocker) that is blocking eBay's call.
