I’m hoping an eBay Community moderator or experienced member can help me understand what options remain for my permanently suspended seller account, badrique_store.
My name is Badr Mahdi, and the account is associated with BADRIQUE LLC, selling home décor and kitchen products.
The account was newly established, and I did not receive any prior warning before the permanent suspension. The notification stated that eBay identified activity it believed could put the eBay community at risk, but it did not clearly identify the specific activity or issue that caused the decision.
After the suspension, I contacted eBay and attempted to complete the requested verification/review process. However, the suspension remained in place.
I also created another seller account under a separate LLC, with a different business niche and state. That account was subsequently suspended because of its connection to the previously suspended account, and I have since closed it. I understand that creating another account after a suspension can raise concerns, which is why I would appreciate guidance on the correct way to resolve the original suspension rather than attempting to work around it.
I am willing to provide legitimate business documentation and any information required to verify my identity, business, and compliance.
Could a Community moderator please review this situation and advise whether this case can be escalated for another manual review by the appropriate eBay team? If there is a specific process I should follow for reconsideration, I would greatly appreciate being directed to it.
I’m simply looking for an opportunity to understand the specific concern, address it properly, and have the original account reconsidered.

Mentor1 week ago@ha_975906 I understand that this is frustrating but once eBay permanently bans an account it means it's forever. You can not open another account either.
It sounds like you tried to open an account with an address other than YOUR true physical location, not where you are shipping from. This will result in a ban.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent. You may have to repeat the last two steps.
