Dear eBay Support Team,
I am writing to request your assistance regarding my recent purchase of "Unlocked Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max MU693LL/A A284..." (Order Number: 16-15213-48915).
I realized that the shipping address attached to this order is incorrect/invalid. Immediately after placing the order, I contacted the seller (ricod1nero) to request an order cancellation so that I could repurchase the item with the correct address.
However, the seller rejected the initial cancellation request and stated that they intend to proceed with the shipment to the invalid address. I sent follow-up messages explaining that the shipping address is wrong and the parcel will not be delivered, but the seller has not responded or accommodated the request.
Since the item has not been delivered and the delivery address is incorrect, I kindly ask eBay to step in and assist with cancelling this order or processing a full refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay can't do that. Best you can do is put a forward notice at your old address. Also put an alert on the tracking so you know whether it got turned back in for delivery, returned to seller, or whether you just bought the recipient a nice gift.
