Your seller account may have been suspended due to the several negative transactions you have experienced from when you joined Ebay 18 months ago.
By the way, this is the Ebay U.S. site. Since you are located in France, you need to use the Ebay France website to seek assistance.

What happened with that transaction?
What other transactions have had troubles? (You're pretty much never suspended for a single transaction.) You have 7 negative feedbacks in the last year, bringing your percentage down to 80%, indicating major problems.
