Request for Assistance – Item Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Hello eBay Support,
I’m writing regarding my recent order for a Solid State Logic Fusion Analog Rackmount Audio Processor.
The tracking number provided by the seller (USPS 9261290336133076326817) shows “Delivered,†but I have not received the package.
I’ve already checked with USPS, and they confirmed that no package was delivered to my address under this tracking number.
I also contacted the seller several times and specifically asked them to provide a photo of the shipping label or any proof of delivery, but they did not respond at all.
It seems that there might be a tracking or shipping error, or possibly a false delivery update.
I kindly request eBay to escalate this case for manual review and assist me in obtaining a refund under the eBay Money Back Guarantee, since I never received my item.
Please let me know if you need any additional proof or message history with the seller — I can provide them if required.
