Request for a full refund and to keep the Damaged Item
I mailed two items in a bubble wrapper and one item (the most important of the two) arrived badly damaged. It was a vintage cabinet card that snapped in half even though the mailer looks fine. The buyer wants to keep the items (the second item was an article about one of the people in the photo) AND have a full refund. I offered to send him a mailer to return the items and give a full refund but he wants both (the items and the refund). My listing said no refunds but I know the policy is that if it is damaged it is my (seller) problem. I am not sure at this point what I am responsible for. Do I need to agree to that? Can I counter offer half refund and keep the items? I have a perfect selling record up until this and from their strongly worded messages towards me, I am sure they will leave me a scathing review. Any tips, insights would be appreciated.

-No returns does NOT mean No refunds
-Refund the Buyer in full, the items were poorly packed which was your mistake
-The Buyer is probably pretty mad because of the poor packaging you used, good solid packaging is a statement that Sellers care. Offering less than what they want could create more of an issue.
-Learn from the mistakes on the transaction
