I recently received negative feedback as a seller. I requested a removal due to their improper usage of not as described and lost the case.
The negative feedback has a personal attack in it "what a loser". I can't submit another removal request for abusive language. What do I do?

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedIf you have already applied for the feedback removal and was denied, there is not a way to request another feedback removal.
You may have avoided this by providing the buyer with a full refund when you received the returned item.

OP2 weeks agoThe buyer did a false Not as described submission so I read that I should be protected from negative feedback all together so that is why I originally submitted that as my feedback removal request.
At this point the person used abusive language so shouldn't ebay at the least request they change it to something more professional if they want to maintain their negative feedback?
