request combined shipping
I am so confused. I found an item I liked, so I looked on the seller's page and found several more items she was selling. I added them all to my cart and sent in a "request combined shipping" request. I had $179 USD (14 items) and offered $150 US or asked if the seller would be willing to offer free shipping.
I did not check out.
The next thing I know, I get a bunch of emails.
The first one: Action needed: A buyer has requested a total for their committed purchase ( I thought I was the buyer)
Next 3: You've committed to buy the item...make your payment.
So I go to the checkout, thinking the prices have been adjusted...nope...All items are full price $179 and each item's full shipping price is an additional $101.07!!!!
WHAT! I still haven't heard a word from the seller. I don't know what to do. Help!
