Request and Invoice on Phone
I would just like to put it out there. Ebay needs to add a "request an invoice" on the app. It would also be good if it were easier to find on a desktop as well. I explain how to get an invoice to customers often. Many get frustrated and give up. Not only am I losing out but Ebay is loosing out. Before anyone suggests that I set up automatic combined shipping, I have had it before. I am an everything seller and combined shipping doesn't always work correctly when combining large items with small items or heavy with light or even like with like. Ebay Pleeese fix this issue.
