I never opened the package from the seller and need to return it. He denied my return. AI said the case is closed and I can't appeal it! now what?

You need to check the listing you purchased and review the return policy.

If the seller does not accept returns and you just don't want it anymore, the seller is not required to accept the return and it is closed.

When you purchase on eBay and you are unsure you want to keep something, you need to find a seller that accepts the return for any reason, then you have a little peace of mind if you change your mind about keeping the item.
