Request a refund for the wrong package from outside the USA
Hi!
I purchased a product and received one that was different from the description. I contacted the seller, who told me to initiate a return process, as the shipping was covered by the seller. The problem is that I purchased the product from another country, through a private courier, so the costs of returning the product to the original shipping address would be extremely expensive.
Considering that the seller was the one who sent the wrong product, I would like to request a refund, but I don't know how to process it if I can't return the product.
What do you recommend I do?
