Request a refund because a laptop did not arrive.
Good morning Ebay community, I bought a laptop in the month of February 2024 that supposedly arrived at the destination, however, the Ebay information says that it was delivered, but it did not arrive. I live in Nicaragua, I am an entrepreneur where I sell computers and computer parts, I have been buying and selling for two years and I have not had any problems until now. The computer cost $429.99, I made the claim and Ebay tells me that it is not possible because it was delivered, however, I started to see the agency that delivered the package and it was FEDEX which took a photo of the item and left it at the house where They send my packages to Nicaragua. I looked at the photo and downloaded it, and I see that the photo does not match the description, I also went to the Fedex page, and I see that the package weighs 1.1 pounds, so it is logical that a laptop weighs that, especially if it is a gaming. I appealed the case by sending the evidence of the photo and the Fedex document and even so Ebay did not want to rule in my favor and the seller has not answered my messages, so I believe that he scammed me together with Ebay. I hope you can please help me get a refund.
