Hi eBay this is Rjestoree2
i made a shipment for a customer the product is delivered and the customer say he didn’t receive it how eBay can helping me about this because I don’t want to loose my product also my money.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, all you need to do is upload the tracking number that shows Delivered. ebay should then find in your favor.
