repurchase help needed

Question

I was selling an item and was not able to change the shipping preferences on the app - I realized later that I only have access to the shipping preferences on my laptop and not from the app. In the meantime the buyer purchased the item - won the bid and had no choice than to choose shipping. I cancelled the order but am not sure how to make sure that the buyer gets to buy the order for pick up. I relisted it but am worried someone else will try to buy it in the meantime.

It is possible another buyer can purchase before the first one repurchases. The only thing you can do is to send a message to the first buyer with the listing number and let them know it is relisted for them. Remind them it is available to any buyer and to purchase as soon as possible to make sure they get the item.
