You can print a complete list of all active listings 2 ways
Similar to a screen print
1) From Active Listing Page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Scroll to the bottom and select 200 Items per page
Select Print from your browser bar usually in the ︙ 3 dots menu
Go to the next page for items 201 - 400
Select Print from your browser bar usually in the ︙ 3 dots menu
Repeat for the number of listings you have (ie 5 times for 1000 listings)
(This will have item photos)
Or
If you prefer a spread sheet format
https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads
- Click Download Report
- Select Report Source > Listings
- Select Report Type> All active listings
- Click Download
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the file and print
(no photos)
✓ After you request the report, you'll see "Creating Report" in the lower left.
1) Depending on the number of listings, it can take a while.
2) When it is complete, a pop-up will offer to save it to your computer.
3) If you miss the pop-up, you can find your report on the list here, when it is ready.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads
