Reporting Trademark Infrigements as a non-trademark or copyright holder
I have repeatedly reported violations of trademark/copyright violations in the area of womens' footwear to Ebay, only to be told there is "no violation." Supposedly, according to Ebay, even non-trademark holders can report, but if we just get "no violation" responses, why bother?? I am both a buyer and seller and want to protect the community.
In desperation, I have written to the copyright holders and urged THEM to report to Ebay under the VERO program, but in the end I don't know if this worked or not. Looking to hear from others who are similarly frustrated by Ebay about this.
Also - why is there NO board for Women's Clothing and Footwear???
