Reporting Stolen Debit Card Attempted EBay Purchase
There was a purchase attempted using my stolen debit card. It didn't go through because the account was out of money. It wasn't made on my account but in case my name is associated with it, wanted to let eBay know ahead of time in case the thief tries to dispute the charge or get around the account of mine they already cleaned out. Maybe eBay can do an IP search to ban the user's account or something.

Ebay will not get involved since your Ebay account was not compromised.
