Reporting hacked account

Question

Any tips on actually getting a hold of a human being? I was told (by the AI bot, so) that the estimated wait time for a call back was 31 minutes - that was well more than an hour ago. There doesn't seem to be any other option to email. I get the sense this isn't a terribly high priority for eBay.
