Reporting fraudulent bid retractions?
Where do we go to report fraudulent bid retractions? (Retractions that are not errors, but allow the bidder to determine how much the high bidder will pay?) The automated tool seems to get nowhere.

·2 years agoeBay has not seemed interested in enforcing the rule against lying to retract a bid since the mid-2010s.
