How do I report to Ebay sellers of fake (perfumes. Jeans, Nike Products)?

Mentor1 year agoUse the REPORT button on the listing. If you received a fake, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

OP1 year agoThere is no information concerning “Nike Fakeâ€, nor does Nike define or mention “authentic jerseys, “authentic Nikeâ€, on Nike’s official web-site. So why does Ebay remove my Nike Jerseys?
They have created a definition for Nike that does not exist.

IF you listing was removed, did you get a VeRO notice?

OP1 year agoThere is no such item that exists. I’ve been to the Official Nike Website. I typed in “authenticâ€, and “determining authentic Nikeâ€.
nothing could be found.

Mentor1 year agoYou can not sell anything with the Nike name on it unless it was made by Nike even if Nike does not make or sell a similar product.
