reporting a seller selling counterfeit items
I purchased tool batteries from ok2loveuguys on May 17, 2025. The batteries failed after the 30 day return window. I sent the batteries to the manufacture. They were returned because they are counterfeits. I've tried to report the seller through customer service and I get this error message "Report submission failed" no other indicators for the failure.

Use the report button on the listing if they are listed a the brand name and not a compatible.
No tool battery lasts what they usually claim period. Never buy a compatible, you will never come out ahead. To save money (up to 50%) search for the name brand battery and make sure the manufacture date on it is less than one year.
If you register them on the manufacturer's website most will honor a claim based on this date, even if the seller is not an authorized dealer. Generally manufacturers only warrant their batteries for up to three years from this date, although they often last longer.
