Reporting A Seller
I 3 August I purchased an item from a seller in Serbia valued at $140. I use Shop and Ship, a service provided by Aramex to forward items to me in Saudi Arabia like the one I bought. When the item tracking number appeared the following day it was a DHL tracking number and the item was already accepted by DHL and was sent to my Shop and Ship address in Prague. They refused because the service is only for items bought and sent via conventional. The seller in his shipping description did not state DHL, but economy international shipping, which me met some sort of express service via Serbia Post. Had the seller been clear in his shipping description I could have provided him with my home shipping address in Saudi for the item to be DHL'd to. He didn't. The item was sent back and the seller refusing communication with me to resolve this by either providing my home address for DHL shipment or simply refunding my money. This incorrect. This problem is the seller's fault I need to lodge a complaint nothng on e-Bay that I can find to report a seller. There is something to report a buyer, but not a seller. This is outrageous and really once this matter is resolved will cancel my membership that I have had since 1999.
