Reporting a seller
I have encountered a seller who is a total fraud. They are breaking multiple rules. I have tried for days now to report them to ebay, but that function doesn't work anymore. All other ways I have tried to report them don't work either. It seems that ebay no longer wants to deal with bad seller issues or they just don't care.

OP4 months agoOK, I figured this out finally. It seems that the seller has changed their name at least twice in the last 24 hours. I didn't think that was allowed, either, but they did it. I was now able to submit the report successfully.

Mentor4 months agoIf you are reporting the seller, be sure you are using the seller username from the seller's feedback page, not the store name in the listing or on the profile page.

I haven't seen any posts but yours saying the report seller function isn't working. Are you reporting using this link?

If so, try a different browser or clear your eBay cookies on the browser you're using and try again. You may also need to close eBay and reopen it.

OP4 months agoI have used 3 browsers on 2 devices over 2 days. Cookies cleared and refreshed. Still, ebay won't accept the request. They just say try again.
