Reporting a seller
Can someone please advise me on how to report a seller that reneged on an item that they agreed to sell me at a discounted price. I've sent numerous emails asking to please reply and the courtesy of a reply has been ignored every time. I told the seller that eBay's rules state that a buyer must complete the purchase when a seller agrees to a price but I can't seem to read anywhere about a seller changing their mind which is what I believe is the case and that's unethical.

If you did not purchase the item, you have no claim towards the seller or for the item at a discounted price.
