Reporting a non paying buyer
I have an issue with non payment from a buyer. Seems that ebay has changed how this is handled again... The last time I had this issues, I just waited the allowed time, then cancelled the order, using the non payment in the drop down menu...
When I try to cancel now for non payment - the ONLY options in the drop down menu are.... 1) out of stock or damaged, 2) Buyer asked to cancel, and 3) Issue with buyers address.
NON of these cover the actual problem of a buyer that has not paid or even responded to my invoices..
It used to be a simple process, and now I've spent several hours trying to find out how to cancel this order so I can get my fees back, and to also have the non paying bidder notified by Ebay!
If anyone can help with this I would really appreciate it!
