Reporting a Fraud
On March 6, 2023 I purchased a camera. I went to track the item, it initially said I would receive the camera on March 8 but then it was changed to March 14, but UPS continues to say (after 4 days) that this is an invalid number. I then tried to contact the seller but I was given the message: "Unfortunately, this seller is now inactive and no longer eligible to receive feedback." As I tried to report it, Ebay sent me to Business Equipment Purchase Protection. I filled out the form, but I cannot put in the Seller's phone number or email address since he is inactive, etc. So the form will not send. I have tried for an hour to contact and talk to someone but I get no one to talk to -- all automated. What can I now do?

·3 years agoWhen you get to talk to someone, be sure and tell them the camera was listed in the business category, so it wouldn't be covered by the MBG.
