Reporting a dishonest seller

I purchased an item from a seller that was paid for immediately. The seller refunded my money later on claiming that the item was either no longer available or damaged. The seller has no listed the item again for more money.

If the seller stated that the item was out of stock or damaged, a defect was recorded on his account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended.
