Reporting a buyer/false use of return
So 1st the buyer said "it was missing the power cord & remote"(which it had all) so he used the 30 day guarentee by ebay. Then he sais "it doesn't work".. caught lying bout missing items. Then says "it's not what was pictured"..post had pictures & serial # & all for him to verify+ i double verified the listing posted in words as well exactly what it was. So he's screwing me & i can't contact ebay for help. Ive reported it but nothings done...HEEEELLLLLPPP!

If the buyer has opened a not as described return, you need to accept the return. You can report the buyer for abusing the money back guarantee after you refund.
If you do not accept the return, eBay may refund the buyer with your funds and not require return of the item, and not refund the seller fees you have paid.

OP10 months agoIt says he started a return & if its not sipped back by Dec29 it'll be dropped. But if he does send it back(im sure he would fu@k it up) im reporting that too. Ty for your help wooden_flower...this my last ebay sale
