Reporting a buyer
I reported a buyer but put the wrong information. Is there a way to recall it? I can't find anywhere that I can do this.

If you mean you shipped to the address on file at the time of the sale and then the Buyer messaged you with a correction the issue is theirs not yours. If they have an old address on file they need to update it before purchasing again and that eBay expects Sellers to ship to the address on file at the time of the purchase.
USPS has a package intercept feature but the last time I heard it was like $ 17.00 and no guarantee it will work.
If the Buyer files a claim that they did not receive their item just upload the tracking number to the claim. You are protected.
If the recipients at the wrong address Refuse the package it should be returned to you.
