Reporting a bank card fraud on eBay on July 8, 2025 seems to be impossible.
My bank's security group called me to say that my bank card had been charged multiple times with payment to a number of payees and so the card was cancelled. I can find no way to make this matter known to a eBay human.

Unless the unauthorized purchases were made using your own eBay account, eBay cannot help you.
If the purchases appear in your account, change your password immediately, check your account details for changes to your contact information or shipping addresses, then contact eBay here:
