Mentor1 year ago@charliegma1 Can you please explain what type of appeal you are trying to file? Here are two appeal options, I don't know if either apply though. There are other types of appeals.

OP1 year agoI'm trying to appeal their decision on an item I reported, not as buyer or seller but as a clearly counterfeit item.

Mentor1 year ago@charliegma1 You won't like my answer..... As I am also frustrated with eBay over their failure to remove items that violate policy, such as obvious counterfeits.
Unfortunately there is no appeal process for reporting. You can report the sellers account using this form if they have more than one item that is of concern>

Share item numbers and say what is wrong in the box. Keep it brief as AI reads these on the first go around.
