Reported Buyer and forgot to send pics
I just reported a buyer that returned a used, broken, different brand item than what was sold. I detailed my case but accidentally sent the report without attaching the pictures supporting the case. What can I do. How do I get them sent to eBay before they close the case in buyers favor?
Thanks for answering

When using the report an issue with a buyer option there is no way to add photos to the claim. However, If you want to send image-based proof to eBay regarding the transaction, upload the photo into an eBay Messages thread with the buyer. eBay customer service agents can view message attachments when reviewing account actions. I'd suggest at least one photo showing the shipping label's tracking number with the items you received. If your initial claim is turned down you should be able to appeal it, and in the message to C.S. tell them to look at the message you sent to the buyer and give them the date you sent it.
If that still does not work, message the buyer and tell them you are reporting them to the postal inspectors for mail fraud, which is a federal offense. Then go to to the USPS site file the dispute and send them the report number. If the package was sent via UPS or FedEx, call their customer service number and ask the rep how to file a mail fraud claim. Once you've filed it send them the case number. You may scare them into returning your item(s) on their own dime.
