Reported an unreceived item, 21 days passed without resolution and now eBay won't allow any actions
Hi, the tracking for an item I purchased showed that a delivery was attempted although as far as I know that never happened. I opened an "item not received" report with eBay. The tracking seemed to show the item was being returned to the seller so we agreed to wait and see. However, the item still has not reached the seller and the 21 days expired so eBay cancelled the "item not received" report and now it will not let me perform any actions on the item.
