I paid for an item and the seller did not ship it. It has been 10 days. Then the seller told me he went to college and could not ship it to me for 2 to 3 weeks. How do I report suspicious activity?

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
