Question

I cannot get a hold of a goddamn LIVE ebay reprentative!! Product came with a 1 yr warranty. I purchased the extended 2 yr warranty. The computers wifi adaptors continuously went out. I had to replace it 5 times since last July when I purchased it. Seller told me my warranty was only 90 days. Seller is offering the SAME computer with 1 yr warranties. Seller is NOT responding to my requests for a new wifi adaptor. Seller uses substandard parts when refurbishing. Seller is NOT located in the US. Sellers help lines are answered by rude, arrogant, request ignoring, nasty representatives!!!
As a result, I had to buy a NEW wifi adaptor from Staples that actually WORKS. Seller is NOT reputable in MY own experience. I will NEVER buy from them again!
