Report seller for counterfeit items
I purchased an item from a seller that was counterfeit (not disclosed in description, of course) and while I have received a refund, I literally can find no way of reporting this to eBay other than submitting a request which gets review by AI and returned to me saying there's no violation of their rules found, which clearly is wrong. Perhaps eBay has no problem being a platform for illegal sales, but I doubt (and hope) not.
Anyone know how to reach a human in the correct department? Thanks.
